Owner Operators

All of our drivers are qualified skilled professionals. The hiring policy and practice at Wayfreight is to ensure we employ only the best and most experienced drivers.

New drivers, new to the occupation are given a hands on, qualification period with an instructor who advises, mentor and assists the new driver in all aspects of the business. From load security to customs procedures, vehicle inspections are a sample of this training program which can last up to 45 days.

Wayfreight has very little driver turn over and as such we are proud to say that we have an experienced, dedicated group of professional drivers who will give the good, safe service we offer.
